I can relate to this. I also had an MI and triple by pass in 1990 and another MI in 1998. I served in Viet Nam in 1967-1969. I had no idea you could file a claim until 2006, when I did it was denied the first time. Than in 2011 it was accepted for Agent Orange, Heart Diease. I had no idea about this. I was diagnoised with Heart Diease in 1990. I also feel that same way.
