On probation for 6 months of active nursing practice for charting errors and one med error as LPN, linked RN license and LPN license together. First write up as LPN - I wasn't in the building to have done what I was accused of, can't get the BON to listen. Had several more *4* writeups over a couple of years.I have had trouble finding a job in a blighted employment area. Recently I have had two job offers; then the tune changes and one they hired me and then two days later, they withdrew their offer due to corporates refusal to hire me due to my status. New RN, only worked one month out of two with old admin, new admin came on board and then I was out the door due to overtime and one med error. Hubby has been picking up the slack, but I really need a RN job, not one in retail like I have now, but it beats sitting on my butt at home :)
