My BRN discourages anonymity because they will want to interview YOU. No worries there. They take extreme measures not to inform the accused nurse as to who turned them in, for the obvious protection of the reporting nurse. Otherwise, the allegation can go down as hearsay and the BRN's hands can be tied somewhat by this. Just a thought here. You can only do what you are comfortable doing. But I agree with Jim.
