 Gabby - This is bullshit...total bullshit. Call them and ask if you can have a copy and mail to IPN yourself. It's been 6 weeks. Plenty of time to complete an evaluation. This is incompetent and inconsiderate. Do they know you are going on this vacation? I say they are timing this mailing just in time to go out while you are on vacation so you won't be around and it will look like you are non-compliant. Does IPN know about this trip to Cancun? And your planned surgery afterward? They definately need to be made aware of that...I'd make sure IPN is aware of your vacataion and surgery plans and I'd call the doctor and find out about the eval. Maybe you can stop by and get a copy. I'd let them know you are under a little heat from the board and IPN and you are at their mercy, not that they give a shit. And I'd let IPN know you are doing every thing possible to get this taken care of.
