 I know that finding a job with a "background" is hard......here's what I'm doing - hope it helps!!

( My background: several DUI's and felony drug charges ( which got deferred and have since been dropped/expunged but as we all know still they still show up on nursing license check)

Anyway, I got a job doing Utilization Review/Case Management. It is for a rehab facility so they were very understanding about the background. It doesn't involve direct care so my narcotics restriction isn't a problem!!

RN Case Managers are HOT right now...definitely look into it!!
