Jinx - Have a few questions for ya if you don't mind. Did you have any previous experience in this area? How did you discuss you history in the interview? I was asking not long ago if I should look into getting case management certification since I dont have any experience and most of the jobs listed list this as preference. Oh and CONGRATs....I can imagine how relieved you are.
