 I would suggest to go to another evaluator. I don't think they will excuse you from doing some type of rehab. Either you do 2 or 5 years. They will sent you to rehab for drinking occassinally. It isn't fair but that's the way it is. I personally would not want to go through that mess again but it will be up to you to decide what's the best decision.
