I set up an appointment with my monitoring agent so that I can make sure that I get all my ducks in line for the reinstatement process. He sent me a confirmnation letter and on the envelope and letter it says "Personal and Confidential."

I find that to be a slap in the face because it appears that the Boards love to smear our names in any way, shape, and form, yet they have the nerve to put "Personal & Confidential" on a letter to me? Has anybody else experienced this as well?
