 Anyone who has a suspended, revoked, or surrendered license... who is in healthcare ... gets reported to OIG. OIG makes the decision.
In my case it was a dui, that I reported the board, because I had to. I could not afford the program without being able to work, so I got my license suspended, and therefore reported to OIG.
