Date Posted: Thu, May 24 2012, 5:19:36 A dui in 2008. Now I got the oig letter. Anyone have any success staying off the list? I am so angry/sad/ discouraged. I did nothing at work. I think I had I had the same evaluator as Jim in Harrisburg. At least the questions were the same. ( sex life, this is public record, etc) I am so disgusted. finally got a job as a HHA and now that will be taken from me too. all over a dui. What else do they want? Honestly, what else can they take from me? biggest mistake of my life. I wish I would have just let my nsg lic expire. if I had to do it again, I would just have not renewed it.
