 Thank you for your kind words. Also, during probation, I took vacations, had surgery and was put on pain meds etc. I found that keeping the Boards informed of everything up front made all the difference. Also I kept my paperwork in order and tried to never miss a deadline. My addiction counselor was excellent with reports. Bosses were not as timely but I kept a calendar for them and tried to make it as painless as possible for them. I actually became a better person during this process, more humble, patient and tolerant. The fact is that I like myself today. It was worth it all.
