Jim,

I totally get it, I don't have any problem with it after hearing her explanation. I appreciated her concern and I do think it is a very valid point. What I mostly appreciated was the offer to apply for a nursing position when I was able :-). I felt like the HR rep was being sincere when she asked me to get back in touch with her, so hoping that offer still stands here in a few weeks. Thanks for your reply....
