THe 6 weeks will fly by. The facility that shit canned me is in the same network of the hospital I now work in and I was, as you were, open about my Hx.

Not to play devils advocate, but I do understand the DONs point of view. I have been in situations where I was the most experienced, I would tell the AODs that there is 22years of experience on my floor and I have 21 of those years. For you it could become a messy situation.
