Each time in the past year and a half when I've started a new job the nurse manager who hired me quit shortly after. Each new nurse manager were problems. I was fired the first two times. Now here at the dialysis place the guy who hired me quit and once again the one who took over, his boss, is not nice to put it lightly. I'm trying to remain humble and agreeable but at the same time counting the months so that my resume helps me find another dialysis job. Good luck, sounds like this is working out good for you!
