- if you had tea for 10 years it sounds like you never got
over each other that is really sad
i don't know how once lovers can become friends
once you have had sex how can you go back to just tea
and stuff
anyway this poem was about dr c he is a dear friend
and is very happy in a marrage with his wife of like
35 years
they were high school sweethearts and he would never
look at another woman not even me lol but he does like
this poem very much being its a tribute to his man-ness
and good character he is a wonderful husband to his wife
a great dad to his two kids they had togehter
and one of the best grandfathers i know i mean
i respect him alot he believes in the values of family
and this makes him as sweet as the grapes on the vine
we would drink ice caps and talk about poetry
he sometimes feels like the big brother i never had
it that makes sense he is one of a kind his family
is very lucky to have a man like that in their life
anyway just wanted to let you know this is a fantasy poem
and nothing more i guess wishing i had such a man
to adore me and dote over me take care of me
do things with me and love me mostly i know
its odd and strange to wish for such things
sorry about this i did not mean to go on and on.
dr c only thinks of me as a friend and student
and he likes travis and days of the new and
he gave me 17 As in one class and helped me on the path
to being a poet and writer so i owe him alot.
