Subject: Thanks to all that answered my previous child support question (m)

It was one of those "debate my life" questions -- as if you couldn't figure it out (lolol). Currently, I am in the first scenario, thanks to my attorney who dropped the ball. Since the new court order didn't specifically mention how we were going to handle the credit, my children's dad has elected not to pay any CS until he's "caught up." That was back in March. We'll be squared away in another couple of weeks.

We were once in the second scenario, and we agreed that he'd pay his CS debt over the course of a year and half. Seemed like the fair thing to do at the time.

Just wondering why it isn't now and thought be I'd missed something.
