She has five classes and is at the studio for three hours on Thurday and three hours on Saturday. She likes it, is good at it and it gives me six hours to go work out and run errands. YES it is expensive. five costumes cost me $400 this year. Then recital fees ($20) and the cost of the classes.

Our studio is new and VERRRY good. I love it there. They are reasonably priced... $110 for all five classes per month. I will keep doing it until she hates it. I do think it's good for her, she has learned a lot. But the thing that I like the most is her confidence. She knows she can do it and she looks forward to the recitals each year.

I don't let her compete. I just cannot afford it, and I don't want it to completely cut off our social life. (I do have one).

Anyway those are just my random thoughts.
