We got married in a cathedral style Presbyterian church (the compromise of Methodist and Catholic) in Laguna Beach at the end of summer. We used my white Jeep Wrangler decorated with tulle and ribbons to drive about 15 miles south to San Clemente and our reception was at a 1920's beach club.

The dinner was from my favorite caterer and we had the tables set with salads and breads and the waiters walked around with different barbecued meat - shrimp, steak, lamb, and chicken. Dinner was served on the lawn and the dj, bar, and dance floor were in the upstairs part of the building.

Even though we had about 225 guests, it felt small and cozy to me. I have a HUGE family, so we do everything big by neccessity.

As a footnote - Milli was a bridesmaid and her oldest dd was a flower girl.
