Check out Pookasmom's (aka pariah carey and others) Book Club board- there's a temporary debate forum there for we CD refugees (you'll see A LOT of familiar faces), and promising rumours of a...Ta DA!!! NEW DEBATE BOARD made especially for *us* in close to our old format by Pooka's amazing and wonderful and generous husband. (ETA: a few days, apparently they have lives.)

You will have to be approved to join this board, but the cool thing is that everyone gets approved. :) Just be patient and nicely apply for CD refugee status. This board looks very promising!!

Later today (the 27th), I got an e-mail from a regular over there...she says this about the board: "It was started by a few women over a few incidents at breastfeeding.com. They do not ban, and they do not delete posts. EVER. There are support forums and a Debate Forum. You can say what you mean. However you choose to say it. You have to register to see the debates, Maine Event, But you can lurk through all the rest."

Sounds great to me, yet a negative to some: no reprieve from trolls, debates can get nasty and I'm not sure there's any such thing as calling 'foul!'.
