and we are lucky so many fought so hard to secure them. It is VERY hard to not try to figure out how to punish someone who is vile enough to threaten children, but if he gets punished we are all at risk in other ways. In situations like this, the community has to band together to make the children safe by keeping a careful eye on the guy and making his life so, um, *unpleasant* that he simply leaves.
