In taking this topic to a board exclusively for Dune fans, the answer people would give was to be expected. I can't say that I disagree though.

Well said. But I don't mean to say that Riddick would ever stand a chance against Duncan version 2.0, or any of the subsequent patches. Think about this: the fight takes place in Duncan's first incarnation and in the dark; other than the darkness, it's a fair fight.
Well, maybe Duncan would still win. I don't know. Perhaps this question must wait for the Chronicles of Riddick trilogy <-- :)
Although, if that "Vin Deisel can't act" sentiment holds true for y'all, I guess I'm the only one looking forward to that. Oh well.
