While I agree that genocide is war (because it involves a government killing a people on a large scale based on race or creed), I think you'd best check your numbers before you type. If 29 out of 30 people said they thought genocide was war, that would be only 97%.

But sorry, the "War on Drugs" is not a war, and the "War on Crime" is not a war either. These are slogans that are created to encourage people to think that the US government is doing something about these problems. Just because someone calls a plan of action a "war" does not mean that it is. These so-called wars are actually plans that involve numerous government agencies and policy changes that include harsher punishments and targeting individuals. That's not war. That's government.

Leto did not wage war, he implemented a plan. If he had existed currently, he may have called his plan the "war on human extinction." Doesn't make it a war. Get it?
