I like What If questions, so here's one . . .
What if Jessica had Alia instead of Paul, where Paul was never born and Alia was in her late teens during Dune?
I would assume that Leto would still be promoted to Arrakis and Baron Harkonnen would be angry and plot his downfall. I'm not sure if the emperor would allow that, though, if Mohiam used her role as a truthsayer to ensure the BG breeding program to work out.
After that, I would assume that Feyd and Alia would marry.
