After doing some Neal radio I-Ching and basic DB numerlology i would humbly propose performing 10-31-91 Oakland CA on Halloween 10-31-03 at the Pageant in St. Louis MO.

DSO Halloween history looks like this:
2002 - played 10-31-85 in VA
2001 - played 04-01-76 in Boulder
2002 - played 09-25-76 in Boulder
1999 - no show
1998 - no show

This halloween is special because it falls on a friday the 31st which backwards is friday 13th. it's also the first quarter moon and SOTM is in the set. you're playing in MO which backwards is OM, the sacred syllable and on 10-31-91 the Dead played Oakland Coliseum in which the first and last letter spells the same OM. This will be the 6th halloween since DSO has been in existence and the only dead halloween show they played (on halloween) was from 1985 - six years from 1985 is 1991. double 6 is 12 - the difference between 2003 and 1991. The setlists are completely different - the only repeated song is Werewolves, a crowd fav on halloween. the set also contains tom thumb's blues which "leaves us howling at the moon".
and how awesome would it be to have a first set opened with help>slip>frank and 2nd set opened with scarlet>fire
and then later into Dark Star to unwind our mental circuitry and take us to the far reaches of the universe.

and if this isn't enough persuasion, how about the old "please?"
