As a big fan of DSO I have speculated on this as well. Possibly the unique Pig Voice..Scott may or may not have a higher voice that would preclude this. If it entailed bringing in a new member..Scott may have to sit out..and I could not imagine that happening..

The other thing I would speculate is the sound...The amazing sound quality did not start until a little later. I think it would be difficult although not impossible with the excellent Cameron to bascially Cheese down the sound or try to recreate and minimize the technology that exists..also the instrumetation and the Organ sounds that Pig used were pretty basic. It would be quite a feat to pull off to get the Band to sound like they did in the late 60's and in 1970....It would be a fascinating endevor if they did attempt it..Just pure speculation on my part...
