Sorry, Grigg, I didn't click that your Drac review was on our site - I'll go there now matey! And review a film I've seen! And did I mention that I have nearly all but about 5 Blake's 7 episodes from season three/four? You know, the stuff that's being shown on the Sci-Fi channel at the moment?Beat It: As I said before, the "oohs" and "aahs" are very, very silly, but this is a cracking song. Though as you yourself said Jim Jimmer, after hearing him singing about something on History, the content of these songs do seem empty, don't they? I think the success of this album is largely hype - Jacko was everywhere at the time, wasn't he? You listen to this and you get a happy memory of innocent days. It's like when I listen to 80s albums by Prince - not because Prince has had to fork out $30 and poured Ajax on his face, but because I think "oh yeah, there was a time when Prince wasn't shite." Human Nature: Probably the most forgettable track this, but nothing unpleasant. Isn't it weird that he actually had street cred at this point? None of that shit "No-one's seen my childhood" guff here. No mewling sentiment from the young Jackson. Factoid: Which modern song samples this, Jim Jimmer? Rich's Final Thought: Definitely his best so far, with only Off The Nose to be heard again. While it only gets ***1/2 on a track-by-track basis, I think that this one is more than the sum of its parts - a **** in fact! Nice one, Jacko!
