Because as we've now seen a few more Universal Horrors (12? 15?) it's starting to become obvious that we have nothing but contempt for these creaky bores. Btw, Golden Web Award Winner Rich says that the fundamental flaw with Thunderbore (**) is that the first half is presented as a "how dunnit", with Bond uncovering clues as to how the villains stole those nuclear weapons... which would be fine if we hadn't been shown how they did it in the first five minutes! And I'm looking forward to Goldfinger next week as I work with someone who looks just like Oddjob so that'll give me an excuse to take the piss (not that I need an excuse for taking the piss...)
