As far as I know, Dom Sheldon is the police chief/investigator in charge of the Micheal jackson kiddie-diddling hoohaa of some years ago. MJ wrote a song about him on his History album. It seems that the plastic faced crooner has some anger issues to go along with his predeliction for 'the children of the world'
