Tom Sneddon prosecuted, not persecuted Michael Jackson. If you remember, a young boy claimed that Michael sexually abused him and his father went to the authorities. Did you expect the D.A. to leave Michael alone because he writes nice song? If your sister, brother, etc came to you and said they were abused, would you expect the authorities to do something? Think about it. The law is there to protect you. Some people abuse the law by going to the authorities and making false claims. This may have been the case here. If you read Tom's profile you will see that he actually is an ok guy. Funny that Michael didn't have a go at the boys father for going to the authorities? Have you ever wondered why?
