over skipping. They just learn too much in K these days. I also agree about not homeschooling if that's not going to be what you do. Our late entering homeschool kids have lots of adaptation problems. Some more than others based on how much interaction they've had with other kids. We got one this last year that never did adapt. I felt so sorry for her, but by the end of the year I was done trying to help her fit in. She didn't want to and mom made it worse - long story. The structure and social expectancies of school are just hard to create outside of school.
