My grandmother had 12 children and lived to 93. My great grandmother had 10 children and lived to 105!!!!

My mom's mother never gave birth to a single child and died at 65. Another great grandmother only had one child and died at 42 from cancer. It seems to me that all the evidence out there supports multiple children in lowering your risk of cancer. There is a distinct link between breastfeeding and reduced risk of breast cancer - same with ovarian cancer.

The heart thing sounds very scary and I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this. I hope that you are feeling much better soon. I'm glad you have good doctors caring for you. I'll keep you in my prayers. Take care of yourself.
