Just an idea...you could buy that egg crate foam and wrap it around the wooden part of the arms, so that they were rounded and padded and it would fit better. I know it might not look like much here, but I'm loving it! I've wanted a denim couch for years. With kids it just seems like such a smart move...it repels liquids and is a super strong fabric.
