They've asked that people not run washing machines, dishwashers, etc, until after 8 pm tonight. And that we turn our air conditioners up a "few degrees".

I am trying to deal with not being able to do our laundry, but I will not change the air! With our air conditioner running full tilt it is still 79� in here! OMG, it's hot!

I need to redo the plastic on the windows. The cats tore it open so they could sit on the windowsills and look out. It's too bad if they have to go downstairs to do that after today...it is just too hot in here! I guess I should turn the fan downstairs on and aim it up here.

It will make it smell like cat pee upstairs...cold but smelling like cat pee or hot. What a choice!
