I thought Italy was the primo preschool place. Wasn't Montissori from there??? The two hour thing would be a drag to me...you'd barely get her dropped off when you'd have to turn around and go get her.

I am needing to be doing a lot of things I'm not doing. I don't even have an arrangement for someone to watch the cats yet!!! And, ask if I'm packed!

We went to the hotel to visit for almost 4 hours last night. Right now I'm heading to make copies of more pictures...then to the nursing home.

Teiguen's eating an early lunch...total junkfood. I'm a bad mom. One night I took Doritos and put grated colby/jack cheese on them and stuck them under the broiler. He LOVES it. He asked for that for lunch today. I figure the public schools serve nachos for lunch...what's the difference? And, at least this is REAL cheese, not that plastic crud they use.

I need to run by the bank today to see if they deposited my summer school pay. If so, I guess I'll feel better about having lost out on my summer.

Oh, I did find out yesterday that the Scholastic Chess Clubs group here in town runs a mini-camp each summer! If we weren't going out of town Liam could go to camp again next week for 3 days. And, it's about 1/5th of the cost of the big one he's at, lol! I think I'll tell him that next year he can do the local camp...then when he's 13 he can go to Lindsborg again. I don't know if he'll buy it. I'm sure the level of instruction is MUCH higher in Lindsborg...since it's owned by Karpov and they have a Grand Master doing the instruction.

Our district doesn't have any elementary chess teams. And, I don't have time to sponsor one, lol! So, I'm hoping maybe Liam can play on the middle school team this year. I am trying to find out who sponsors it.

I know it sounds crazy, but I think this is his best shot at being able to attend a high quality university. If he doesn't get a full ride somewhere he'll have to do the A+ program here where they get two years of tuition and books paid at any MO junior college. Given a choice of having him go to a Big 8 school or junior college, I'd go for the previous!

Well, I need to get Teiguen cleaned up and get going! I'll try to pop in later!

Hope Lauren and the neighbor boy make good friends! It would be nice for you to not have to stress over that!
