Is there anything decent available in the area where you want to be? I can't believe your landlord is being so cavalier about all of this. If I were in your place I would have had to find somewhere else right away...I couldn't afford the week-by-week hotels and wouldn't have any other options.

I wouldn't let the boys go spend their money tonight. I told them they need to give it 24 hours...think this through. I planted the bike idea with Teiguen. I never was able to get any replacement training wheels to work on the next bigger bike of Liam's. It would be good for Teiguen to have a new bike of his own to learn on.

To be honest, I kind of wish Liam would want to buy himself a cell phone...even a tracphone would be good. If not, I guess I'll buy him one before he leaves for camp.

I need to find babysitting for the week after next. I think I'm going to e-mail Debbie and see if her daughter, who is almost 13, would want to keep an eye on them at their house. They'd play with her kids so it shouldn't be much work if I send lunches each day. Katie isn't old enough to watch them here. I really don't want to pay Nicole $200 for the week.

Can you believe summer is half over and neither of us have had a taste of it yet????
