I hope the doc can get you in first thing. Do you have Osco there? Their clinics are cheap and easy...and you don't have to hassle with appointments!

I understand the small town thing! Where I grew up the JC's sponsored the fireworks forever...then their fundraising just died off. They advertised and tried to convince people that unless they could raise the funds, the fireworks couldn't go on. Then the insurance companies got involved. They always shot them off the side of Skyline Drive up on the hogbacks...where everyone in town could watch for free. Part of the fun was seeing how many times they set the hogbacks on fire, lol!

When the insurance agency got involved they had to move it to the fairgrounds...where they started charging money. That was after I graduated from college. I think it pretty much died out once people had to pay. It was a rinky display anyway. The first time I saw a professional display I was amazed, lol!

My goal for the rest of this week is to find a sitter for next week. Katie Alexander can't do it. Debbie is busy with therapy appointments, so she can't either. I'm going to try my friend Carrie to see if any of her girls are interested. If not, I guess I'll try a gal from church, although she kind of picks on Teiguen so I'm not sure how well that would go. I am really hoping to not have to call Nicole and pay her $200 to tell my kids how evil being fat is. UGH. Wish me luck!
