your brother. I can understand your SIL's issues with feeling weird around people who can have kids and having issues with not being able to have kids (at least not in the "normal" way). I hope that they can have children someday by adoption or surrogate or whatever way they decide since this seems to be an issue with her. Being around people who have what you want can be difficult but with something as sensitive as children...it can be ackward.
