I don't hear from Russell much now adays (a little Texas slang there for ya!) We invited him and his wife to everything for years and they either didn't show up or showed up at some weird hour like 9:30 at night and wanted to visit then.

This is the twin brother who is in a fight with my dad over a riding lawn mower. Dad lent it to them when they moved and said he needed it back at year or so later when he asked for it back Russell was very angry and said that it was a gift. When Robert said who in their right mind would just give away a $2000 riding lawn mower for no reason Russell got mad and we barely see him anymore. My family isn't happy unless they have someone to be mad at. Does that make sense to anyone else but me?

Russell is married to an older woman from Ethiopia, she is about 10 or more years older than him (more I think) Thgey tried to have children and couldn't and now I think it is too late for them or at least for her. Some of the things that she has said (nicely of course) makes me think that it is very difficult for her to be around us having so many children. Robert thinks my theory is crazy but I really get the idea that it hurts them a lot and now that I am pregnant again I haven't seen her the entire time and him only a few times. We also lost contact with another couple for what I beleive is the same reason but Robert doesn't think people really do that. What a man he is sometimes.

Anyway, I called Russell back and talked for just a few minutes. He works a second full time job at 7/11. Werku (his wife) is a manager of a large store and Russell works there fulltime after school to spend time with her and all of that money goes straight into the bank for their retirement.

I am sure in the end this will have something to do with my mother. I am sure that my mother nagged him to call me and see why I am "mad" at her. No matter how many times I tell her she doesn't get it and just uses it to find ways to manipulate people.

Still, it was nice to talk to him even if it was just for a few minutes.
