海關日前採取行動，突擊搜查各區幾家光碟零售店，搜出大量所謂「假冒正版水貨的盜版光碟」。
「假冒正版水貨的盜版光碟」，這個名詞認真複雜。
「正版光碟」，大家不難理解，就是真正原廠獲授權出版的光碟。「水貨正版光碟」，則指該些光碟雖是正版、雖有版權，卻非本地推出，而是外國版本，由本地商店自行「平行進口」的；目前賣買「水貨正版光碟」雖非違法，但法例上仍有一定的規限。
如果明白了以上兩項，那麼所謂「假冒正版水貨的盜版光碟」，就不難明了，正是一些包裝得較精美的「盜版光碟」，扮成是「水貨正版光碟」，引誘不知情的消費者購買。
近期，城中出現了釵h專售所謂「內地版光碟」的店子，所售賣的有日劇、韓劇、美劇、內地劇、台灣劇甚至港劇，店主往往聲稱這些是「內地正版碟」云云。可是，我可以百分百的告訴你，那些全是盜版碟！
實不相瞞，我的家人就試過上當，買了套所謂「內地正版」日劇回來。全套六碟，結果一播之下，當中只有兩隻可以順利播放！話就話「有壞包換」，但換回來的一樣播唔到！所以，不要相信所謂「內地正版碟」這回事。
