被綁匪在深圳軟禁四十小時後，重獲自由的T君，到達上水某茶曙U的第一件事，就是叫了一杯「絲襪奶茶」。茶香撲鼻，這才真正感受到：「我回到香港了！」
稍後，L小姐趕到會合。聽罷T君在深圳的遭遇，她是又驚又怒！原來T君經歷了生死攸關的四十小時！原來這種離譜的罪案真的會發生！
接下來，他兩就一直討論：是否報警（報公安）？這真是一個五十五十的問題。
首先，報警有用嗎？T君想起他在跟綁匪討價還價時，對方不經意爆出的一句話：「我哋都有運作成本的，其中三成用來打發公安㗎！」噢，說不定，這個綁架集團是有公安包庇的！那麼，報警非但無用，還分分鐘令自己再陷險境！
可是，L小姐則認為，不能讓這種事就此無聲無色地過去；即使報警未必能把綁匪繩之於法，即使拿回十五萬贖金的機會十分渺茫，也誓要製造一些聲音，讓社會知道有這種事在發生！
於是，他們決定報警！此時，在下出場了！L小姐致電在下，把事情簡短相告，問我該去何處報警；本在床上未睡醒的我，聽完真係乜都醒晒，馬上建議他們先到羅湖關口的警署報案吧！
既然他們決定報警，這個故事當然未完……（未完待續）
