其實，港人在內地（例如深圳）遇到天災人禍，到底有甚麼途徑、可以向甚麼人求助？
這個問題，相信十個港人有八個都答不上來，或者答得很不肯定。印象中，特區政府好像在內地設有一些甚麼辦事處的……
話說，T君在深圳遇擄劫，平安脫險後，返港與好友L小姐會合，並決定報警。第一站，是羅湖關口的警署。（注意，是「羅湖」不是「深圳」，換言之是香港警察。）
兩人向當值警員簡述事件後，對方卻臉色一沉，冷冷地說：「呢件事在深圳發生，我地理唔到喎！你響度報警都冇用，我哋唔可以上去幫你查的！」
他一副愛理不理的樣子，甚至不願意為二人「落簿」備案，只一味叫二人自行過關回深圳報公安；問他去深圳哪裏報案，他又說「唔清楚喎」，就只差沒有講出口一句：「你哋快啲走啦，無事搵啲事俾我做！」
L小姐不忿，堅持要該警員備案。後來，她對我道：「對方的態度，完全係唔想幫忙；我作為香港人，都係想搵番個香港警察求助啫！就算你幫唔到，至少點條路我行，話我知應該點做嘛！我好想投訴那間警署！」
我苦笑說：「投訴警署？你唔驚你的個人資料外泄咩？」（未完待續）
