 如果說，互聯網是上世紀一項最偉大的發明，那麼，網上理財則絕對是偉大之中的偉大！
我所說的「網上理財」，是泛指一切可以在網上處理的個人財政事務，包括：網上查數、網上轉帳、網上匯款、網上付帳（繳費靈）、網上投資（買賣證券）等等。基本上，你要往銀行或自動櫃員機處理的事務，除了實則涉及現金的提存外，其他都可以一一在網上完成，而且是廿四小時年中無休，真的是「不出門可辦天下事」！
然而，為甚麼在自動櫃員機前，總會經常出現所謂的「付款機霸」呢？為何他們要霸佔住櫃員機來支付手上一大堆帳單，而不試試在網上付款呢？
也部A太多人仍對網上理財有所顧慮，總覺不大放心吧！經常聽到人如此道：「網上交易，好似冇證冇據咁，容乜易到時銀行話冇記錄唔認數謘H」「如果電腦有乜差錯，要去追究好麻煩喎！」
這些顧慮，是絕對多餘的！可知道，自動櫃員機也不過是一部電腦設備，同樣也會有出錯的可能；為何我們可以對櫃員機信心十足，而對網上理財就難以接受呢？
網上理財能普及的話，「付款機霸」就自然會消失。為公眾虓Q，大家試試在網上付帳啦！放心喎！
