趁假日,到了灣仔一帶的汽車陳列室集中地,看車車。
走進第一家陳列室,遇到的那位汽車Sales,感覺像一位老師或講師多一點。他說話從容不逼,一字一句像在「授課」而非「售貨」,詳盡地把車子的優點、特色和效能一一述說;說得正深入時,話題卻忽然一轉,居然會轉到去講飛機工業、軍事生產……嘩,扯得太遠了吧!令我這位「學生」,實在感到有點不耐煩。
到了第二家陳列室,遇到的Sales像保險經紀:「呢份單(架車)真係最好的,乜柘overage(Features)都有晒,切合你的需要,保費(車價)又夠平……」他那副咧半邊齒而笑的神情,當真十分像我那位保險經紀;即時令我有了三分抗拒感──同一類人,我不想一而再再而三的幫襯了!
到了第三家陳列室,倒遇到一位比較實在的Sales。力捧自己公司的產品,那是不在話下的了,但至少他摸得準我想聽甚麼而不想聽甚麼,不是像老師般把資料硬塞入我腦中,也不是經紀般一味靠「吹」。一句講晒:他的作風合我心意。
真覺得,買東西時也講人夾人,購物之中也有一定的緣份。遇上合你心意的Sales,有時會比合你心意的產品更能令你願意付款呢!
