Subject: 文具店一片紅(2007/02/07)

新年前夕,文具店內忽然變紅;只見好幾個貨架都變成賣年貨的專架,揮春、年畫、利是封等,紛列其上,形成一片片的「紅海」。
隨意瀏覽一下這些「紅色產品」,不覺失笑。因為在紅色的底色之上,一些傳統的農曆新年元素諸如財神、抱鯉童子、爆竹元寶等,已然買少見少。取而代之的,反而是各式卡通人物!
今年最紅的是Keroro,即「青蛙軍曹」!軍曹揮春、軍曹利是封等充斥市面,款式多不勝數!較有特色的是「立體揮春」:揮春上的「恭喜發財」四個字,分別有四個立體的軍曹人物彈出來,彈彈下十分得意,肯定能獲得不少大人細路的垂青。
──不過,「青蛙軍曹」其實是外星侵略者,而他們頭上的那頂軍帽不免令我們想起侵華日軍的形象。以「軍曹」這個卡人物套入中國的賀年產品,絕對有點尷尬,我個人並不能認同,不會買。
另一方面,迪士尼人物則強勢依然。米奇、米妮等各路人馬紛紛穿上紅色唐裝衫,出現在各式年貨之上。其中較得人喜愛的是小熊維尼,也閉O他胖嘟嘟的較有福相吧!
其他日本的吉蒂貓、大口仔、My Melody等,也不甘後人。本地勢力,似乎仍只得一個麥嘜而已。
