我並非「長今 Fans」，我看《大長今》的資歷只有五集；然而，當我拜讀了隨某周刊附送的《大長今劇集珍藏本》小冊子之後，我就有這種感覺：這根本是 RPG 遊戲的攻略本！長今其實是 RPG 遊戲的主角！
（由於我真的不熟悉《大長今》，以下「攻略」如有寫錯，敬請見諒！）
序章「命運之少女篇」：先交代故事背景及上一代的恩怨，然後少女主角須經過幾個關卡，順利入宮，才算過版。
第一章「御膳房之激鬥篇」：主角要修煉廚藝，達到一定級數，然後會在御膳大賽遇上 Boss 今英；打敗金英後，又要打終極 Boss 崔尚宮。途中有韓尚宮及政浩出來助力，過關應該不難。
第二章「濟州島之苦戰篇」：主角被流放濟州島，今次卻要練醫術。練到一定級數，可以回京師參加醫女擂台，只要避免得到三個「不通」，就能過關。
第三章「醫女之復仇篇」：主角以醫女的身份回宮後，會重遇 Boss 今英及終極 Boss 崔尚宮，另有殺手阿烈施加暗算……
本質上，師奶追看《大長今》劇集和後生仔狂打電腦 RPG 遊戲，兩者追求的滿足感，是完全一樣的。
