有次，咱們的雜誌封面上出現了一條小標題，為：「誌上贈品──乜乜糖試食裝」。
後來，召開「鋤書會」時（註：「鋤書會」乃雜誌行內用語，即每出完一期後，編採部同事全體參與的內容檢討會），有位同事居然問：「乜嘢叫『誌上贈品』？唔係好明喎……」
當時，我真想立即發作兼反駁道：「唔明？你係咪做雜誌的？得閒唔該你睇多啲時下雜誌的標題啦！『誌上贈品』都唔明，咁『大激安』明唔明？『初回限定』明唔明？『緊急連發』呢？『完全捕獲』呢？」
但回心一想，若然對方連「誌上贈品」也看不明，我講太多也只是對牛彈琴而已，所以就忍住了。
以上提到的那些標題用詞，都是近年大量出現在本地雜誌的「日語詞」。稍為有涉獵日本雜誌的讀者，一定不會對它們感到陌生──應該說，本地年輕潮流雜誌的讀者們，也一樣會看得明。
曾幾何時，甚麼「大圖鑑」、「大攻略」、「新登場」、「現場直擊」等用詞，都被視為太過「日本化」；但到了今時今日，大家都已全數接受。是時候好好認識一下「誌上」、「激安」等新朋友了！
