一如意料，《阿旺新傳》收視告捷。於是乎，城中又掀起了一個不大不小的「阿旺熱」。於是，就自然有「阿旺Product」的出現。
某出版社，打正旗號推出了一本《阿旺笑話》，售廿五元。這廿五元認真好賺，只須搜集大量坊間流傳、全部都是傻仔鬧出來的笑話，然後把傻仔名字，統統改為阿旺，女主角名字則改為老婆仔，即可合集成書。
換句話說，該書與電視中的阿旺完全無關，只是一大堆老掉牙的笑話借屍還魂而已。然而，有朋友看過之後，居然話幾好笑，還摘錄了幾篇以電郵寄給我……對不起，我實在笑不出來。
此外，又有本《阿旺新傳》漫畫版，由新派漫畫主筆改編電視劇情，繪畫出了充滿日本漫畫風格的《阿旺》來，似乎獲得頗佳的評價。值得一提的是，與《阿旺笑話》不同，《阿旺》漫畫是攞正牌、獲得TVB正式授權的。
如果閣下是糖水店、甜品店的老闆，喂，仲唔快啲食住個勢推出「阿旺湯圓」？有電視劇晚晚免費宣傳喎，保證你生意額大大上升！但我相信，這個點子早就有人想到了，照計香港人的反應冇咁慢的。
