上文寫到最近一次在茶曙U吃「一丁」的不快事，忽想起早陣子，在一家連鎖上海麵店，試吃了一個「蟹粉撈一丁」，卻絕對愉快。
所謂「蟹粉」者，自不然是大閘蟹粉也！當夜走進麵店，見特別推介菜牌上一系列的蟹粉小菜，赫然有這一道「蟹粉撈一丁」，標價八十八元，不禁心動，決定一試。
「蟹粉撈一丁」給人的感覺，有若「魚翅撈飯」或「鮑魚滾粥」，都是以最貴重的食材，加到最平民的粥粉麵飯之上，有點暴發戶Feel。但八十八元的價錢，絕不算貴，只怕它得嗰丁咁多蟹粉，唔夠撈，有名無實。
麵端上來之時，疑慮全消！它粉量不輕，大約有一個半的「一丁」麵餅，上面鋪滿了金黃的蟹粉，絕對夠撈。落少少醋，一吃之下，啖啖麵皆有豐足的蟹粉拌着，蟹肉蟹膏加上「一丁」那獨特的彈口感，兩個字：好味！這八十八元，值呀！
回想起尖沙咀某家著名杭州菜館，全年皆供應「蟹粉拉麵」，每客近三百大元！那才是真真正正令人吃得過癮、回味不已的蟹粉麵！只可惜價錢略高，不是人人皆有機會一嚐。今有這較平民化的「蟹粉撈一丁」，實在是大閘蟹Fans和「一丁」迷的佳音。
