大家都應該有類似的經驗:在辦公室忙得不可開交時,忽然案頭電話響起,一接,是一把陌生的聲音。
「舒生,我係乜乜銀行打俾你的,因為你係我]銀行的尊貴特選客戶,而家有個優惠想介紹番俾你,想阻你兩分鐘……」唉,經驗所知,單單以上的一番話就含有三個謊言。
第一,所謂「尊貴特選客戶」,一聽之下讓你有種被視為貴賓的感覺,其實這只是一句「馬屁」!有云「千穿萬穿,馬屁不穿」,為了令你不掛線聽他說下去,明明你只是數十萬個普通客戶之一,也會暫時變成「尊貴客戶」了!
第二,所謂「有個優惠介紹俾你」,一句講晒,想你幫襯妎R保險!喂,呢灟曮Y叫「優惠」喎!若果我本身想買一樣東西,對方給我一個特別折扣,或加送我贈品,這才叫做「優惠」;但我明明不想買的,他千方百計令我買,這叫做「推銷」!
第三,「阻我兩分鐘」是最大的謊話!光聽他一輪嘴講罷那個所謂「優惠」,至少也得花五分鐘;如果你不狠心掛線,他更會死 Sell 爛 Sell 下去,講個十來分鐘乃等閒事。
對付這種電話騷擾的唯一秘訣:三秒內,掛線!
