海關最近首次打擊網上 BT 電影上載，成巧啎H封機，一時之間，BT 成為城中熱話。懂 BT 或有用開 BT 的人，固之然在大談 BT，擔心自己會否有日也中招被拉；而原本不懂 BT 的人，最近也滿口 BT，海關的執法，變相令更多人認識 BT 這種「好東西」了。
不過，傳媒近日對此 BT 案的大肆報道，倒令我搞清楚了一件事：隨便分享有版權的東西，就算當中不涉及金錢利益，亦算是侵權行為，亦有可能犯法被補。例如，日前我寫過的一些「掃瞄漫畫網」（漫畫迷每期把最新的漫畫連載自行掃瞄放在網頁上，供其他網友免費嬝炕^，即使是免費，都不能免罪，都算是侵權。
可是，若把這個原則引伸開來，倒是仍有令人迷茫之處。舉例，我公司內有些熱愛漫畫的同事，喜愛把自己收藏的一套套漫畫自家中帶回來，並長期存放在辦公室供同事們借麩w─嚴格來說，這種不涉及金錢利益的分享借鴃A也算是侵權吧！那麼，會否有天海關人員會殺到我們公司來，搜出這批漫畫，然後控告我們的同事侵犯版權呢？
不對勁。改天要找本講版權法的書，深入研究研究。
